The Challenge
Shaigan Restaurant in Bahawalpur had good food and loyal regulars. But online? They didn't exist. No Google listing. No Instagram. No Facebook. Nothing.
Meanwhile, competitors down the street were showing up on Google Maps and pulling in new customers through Instagram. Owner Abdul Malik Hashmi knew he needed to get online. He just had no idea where to start.
What We Did
We built everything from zero. Here's the breakdown:
- Set up and optimised their Google Business Profile with professional food photos, correct hours, and the right categories to actually show up in local searches
- Launched Instagram and Facebook accounts with a content plan built around food shots, kitchen behind-the-scenes, and local community posts that people actually engage with
- Created a simple system for getting happy customers to leave Google reviews
- Posted 4–5 times per week across every platform. Consistently. For 90 days straight.
What Happened
- Google rating hit 4.1 stars in 90 days. Starting from nothing.
- Google Maps views went up 300%. People were actually finding them now.
- Social media went from 0 followers to an active community sharing, commenting, tagging friends
- Direction requests and phone calls from Google kept climbing month after month
- New customers started walking in saying "I found you on Google Maps." That had never happened before.
We had nothing online before these guys. Three months in, people are finding us on Google Maps. Our Instagram is always active. Honestly, it feels like they're part of our team now.
